I am grateful to David the way he managed the whole accident thing that my car (Toyota Camry 2016) met in a parking lot (Chadstone) and I had to wait a very long time to resolve who was in fault. Upon David's advice to engage a professional lawyer to solve the problem; and I won the case in my favour. And what a fantastic repair job he had done with my car. His repair centre did an amazing work including some touch up of my old scratches (some were really big) and few panel works by going out of their way. And, I did not have to pay a dime to get my car fixed; all is covered by the guy's insurance who was at fault.The moment I saw that car I could not stop smiling. I wish I had a couple of extra stars to give him for his great support in time of stress me and my wife had gone through due to the accident. Wow what an amazing job these guys did. My 6mths old Kona N line, I somehow managed to put an enormous scratch (down to the bare metal) whist reversing out of my garage,plus 2 smaller scratches higher up, a large groove to the bumper. Never even felt it 🤔.Phoned these guys, told to bring it down anytime before 2pm, which I did the very next day.They immediately assessed the damaged, gave me an on the spot quote 👍, which I must admit was a lot less than I was anticipating , got it booked in two days later.It was so perfect, absolutely spot on, wouldn’t have known there had been anything wrong.They even gave it a detailed clean 🤩. I was really impressed, so a big thank you.

This was never the case with David (and Shane), I always felt welcome and comfortable asking questions. And indeed we were!We had a hire car for just over 3 months and throughout the time, the team would send us videos of our car updates explaining where they were at and how it was going.When we come to pick up the car, it looked brand new, I didn’t even notice it 😂 I quite literally walked right past it. They even went the extra mile and put some of our interior fixtures back in. The car was presented as if new!!!I can’t thank David and his team enough!! 1st time I’ve needed to go through the process of panel repairs. Shane is straight to the punch. Very organized and helpful with insurance info etc. I did the research and unsure where to go for my repairs was only confirmed that when the insurance assessor ( 3rd party ) mentioned that this is the place to go when other companies stuff up. This put my mind at ease. They quoted a 5 day turn around, but completed my works in 4 days. Perfect finish. Very honest and transparent communication from the team. My car was professionally cleaned and like new when I picked it up. Being in the construction industry I deal with a lot difficult challenges, this was an process. Highly recommend.

After being totally devastated about my beautiful car being rear ended, it was a total accident that I came across Flawless Gloss Carrum Downs and it turned out to be the best thing that could have ever happened, I was very sceptical and nervous and they were nothing but reassuring and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, I was just expecting them to fix the damage at the back but when I picked up my car I was shocked, it looked brand new, they went above and beyond, not only did they replace the back and install a new tow bar, they fixed my front cracked grill free of charge, vaccumed my car, buffed out every scratch, polished the entire car including tyres and rims, although I hope I won't need them again, I won't ever go anywhere else, I can not recommend them enough, thank you so much 🙏

I'm not the type of person that writes reviews, but the team at Flawless Gloss accident repare centre have left me with no choice but to write one!! WHY?? Because l like many others have had bad experiences from businesses in this industry. From the very first email l sent them enquiring about repairs to the bonnet of my car, l was seriously shocked how fast they replied! At that point l was still waiting days just for the first replies from other panel beaters. From the moment l met David and his team, they treated me and my car with exceptional care and service!! It didn't matter that my car is an old vt commodore, it may as well been a high end vehicle to them, it just didn't matter, they value everyone and everyone's car as if it was their car and you like you were family, nothing was to much trouble!! And the quality of repairs and colour matching to my car, still today lm blown away, even cost wise, for the quality of work they did!! I feel like, not only did I get a bargain, I feel l ripped them off, lve paid a lot more, for a lot less quality in the past, these guys as their name says are simply Flawless!! Briliant! I have a 2005 Volvo S40 but David and his team did a great fixing an annoying scrape to both front bumpers, as well as a long scratch down the bottom a rear door. They even went above and beyond to fix some small door dents at the same time. I know it's not a new car, but it looks almost as good as good as new now to me. Highly recommended!

David and his team exceeded expectations on my SS.After seeing the great reviews I decided to turn up and have a chat about body work and paint work. Upon arrival seeing most of the team with Holden’s I knew I was at the right place. I agreed to said paint work and body repair at an agreed price and while leaving I mentioned about a minor repair to the bonnet. The team didn’t just do a minor repair they made the bonnet look brand new all within the agreed price. The paint work speaks for itself. The team here did an excellent job fixing up a panel that had been keyed on my car. The paint matched perfectly and they even cleaned the car inside and out before I picked it up. Would recommend these guys with no hesitation.

Really happy with the service of Flawless Gloss. They fixed some dents in our brand-new car (damaged whilst parked at the shopping centre) and it was as if we picked it up from the showroom again. In March 2020 I had my car repaired at Flawless Gloss which was recommended to me. The owner Dave was friendly, professional and fussy. I was quoted $800 to fix a scratch on a single door. When i picked the car up I only paid $600 as only 1 door was sprayed instead of 2. The repair job was perfect. I was quoted $1500 at other places. Highly recommend.

Had my car repaired by my insurance nominated repairer with no choice of choosing my own repairer and the car came back very poorly repaired, gave the insurance repairer another attempt to repair there poor work and it came back just as bad. Then I found Flawless Gloss after looking for a highly rated repairer in my area. They repaired my car properly back to its best possible condition.
